It didn't clean and remove the dirty points for my pant and clothes when I got home and removed the cover. I question about professional services. I was told the dirty points could remove by the cashier.

Brought my work uniforms in. Requested military creases down the center of the sleeves. Creases were not centered on all shirts. Patches were not creased even though they said they would do that as well. Not bringing my uniforms again to be messed up.
My shirts turned out fantastic! My only gripe is that my order got split up and "had to come back", so I had to make a second trip. Also, the pick up times stated on the website are misleading. I was told that I would have to drop off by 8 am in order to receive my dry cleaning by 5pm the next day, even for just a press. The website states same day and 24 hour dry cleaning. My shirts were dropped off at noon on Monday and not ready until 3:30 on Wednesday. Not sure what the disconnect was.
There are dry cleaners all around this area, but a dearth of good ones. I checked on line to find a dry cleaner that had high praise and Medlin-Davis seemed to match customer expectations. I had no difficulties during my drop and even signed up for the frequent user program. I pointed out a problem with one garment that would need some special attention. I brought in a shearling coat. Cost me $27 and looked the same before and after being "cleaned". Spots weren't removed so I can't sell it on consignment. Total waste of money.
Took a formal dess worn by my daughter to a wedding, I feared was ruined after a tray of drinks was dropped near her.....clean and beautiful !!!!!!! THANK YOU!
I am sorry i ever brought the bed duvet in....looks worse now then when i left it to be cleaned!
I brought in my mother's wedding dress that I am wearing for my wedding. it had a stain on it from her wedding day 30 years ago. Also there was a section that was coming unstitched where the train can be buttoned up. When i brought it in the woman who i spoke with said that the stitching would be repaired so no further damage would happen to it.
