Always reliable.
The customer service person is almost rude. There’s never a smile or thank you. I asked if I could get my order cleaned within three days and she said it would cost an extra 20%per item. I’ve been a customer here for more than 20 years. I’m finding another dry cleaner.

The owner owns two locations and the one in Canonsburg is horrible for wash and fold service, clothes are folded bad and very wrinkly. The one in Mcmurray which is farther for me to travel to, is much better because the one lady who does the wash and fold, actually folds the clothes & Would hang my shirts on a hanger for me. She’s the only reason that I liked going to the Mcmurray location. When picking up my clothes yesterday, I was told by the owner that they would no longer put my shirts on hangers and would charge extra ... read more
