I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and left the owner a note. The turn around time is the main reason you lost my business. Your competition gets me my clothes back in two days, you were quoting me 3 or 4 days. In addition, your pricing has increased since new ownership, considerably against competition. I was a 20 year customer.
