Every item was done perfectly. I brought a Christmas table runner in to see if they could remove the candle wax that had been an eyesore for years. Not only did they remove the wax, but, also, the stains. 5 stars and more.

The woman who is normally there when I pickup or drop off (in the mornings) is obviously not happy with her job. I always try to be light and cheerful, however, it doesn't seem to matter. One of my dry cleaning bags was not returned when I picked up an order a couple weeks ago. I've stopped in a couple times since then to see if it's been located and I've been told that she'll look for it and it'll be on the hanger when I pick up my dry cleaning. We shall see.
