As soon as I walked in the door, the lady behind the counter said, are you here for your bedspread? I had dropped it off three weeks before. She went and got it without my having to present my ticket. Now that’s customer service!
The counter person we work with has been there for many years and does a great job. What we don't like are the safety pinned-on ID labels, plastic clips on collar and sleeves, and green stapled tags on our laundered shirts. The store under its previous regime did not require all that and simply had our name and account number on a ironed in label. No muss/no fuss.
