Your service is great. The only complaint I have is with your hours-they are very inconvenient for a working person. You need to open earlier, close later, or be open a few hours on the weekend. Or, at least find a day or two during the week that you can open earlier or close later. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating is because of your hours. Your pickup/dropoff service doesn’t work for me.

I always feel like I get VIP treatment every time I go in the store. The lady behind the counter knows my name and usually gets my order out while I’m still in the parking lot. Everything is beautifully cleaned and/or ready for storage; I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Did great, as always! I have been coming to this location ( Orchard Lake and Middlebelt) since moving to the area 20 years ago, back when it was called George Mitchell Drycleaners. I was happy when my favorite staff people stayed when One Hour Martinizing took over this location. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

I had a very small thin sweater dry-cleaned and a 1 in tear in a $9 pair of gym shorts sewn. I was charged $23! It made sense though because the place is closed for half the week, so I'm assuming they're trying to compensate for the lack of business. However, I will never go there again so I hope the price gouge was worth it, because I would have been a repeat customer for years to come if it weren't for such offensive and outrageous pricing!

clothes came out very good but $315 for 33 pieces of clothing is pretty steep. Considering I got the same results at another cleaner for less than a $100 for the same amount of pieces

Very good job cleaning, only issue I had I was told my cleaning would be done Thur after 5pm, when I arrived the store was closed, sign on the door said 9am to. 2pm which was not expressed to me.
