The counter person we work with has been there for many years and does a great job. What we don't like are the safety pinned-on ID labels, plastic clips on collar and sleeves, and green stapled tags on our laundered shirts. The store under its previous regime did not require all that and simply had our name and account number on a ironed in label. No muss/no fuss.

We go to the Sylvan Lake location. The woman we deal with is always helpful, cheerful and attentive to any needs we may have. She is the reason we return regularly.

I have been having my clothes cleaned here since moving to the area 20 years ago. The location is close to my home, friendly staff and have never been disappointed!
