I picked up and paid for my dry cleaning. Before leaving I noticed I was short one shirt. The clerk counted and verified this was correct, looked for it on the racks, took my information, and said she'd follow up. I called after a week since I hadn't heard anything. The clerk answered, I provided my name and why I was calling. I wasn't mad or upset as that gets you nowhere. The clerk said "I have a customer and can't talk now" and hung up. Didn't ask me to hold. Way too expensive I paid $17 for a dress 🙄
