I always like the lovely lady at the Sylvan Lake location. She’s been there a long time and she’s always very helpful. I feel bad that her husband passed away recently but she really is a gem of an employee

I like that, when I walk in through the door, the lady behind the counter has already recognized me and is bringing my cleaning to the counter. It feels like very personalized service that you just don’t experience any more, even in restaurants.
