Very simple drop off & pick up procedure!
You lost a dress shirt. It cost me 65.00 at Dillard’s I’ve been using your services for 3 years and this has never happened I even counted out 12 shirts in front of the employee Yet I’m told there were only 11 shirts and not 12 Yet I counted out 12 in front of your employee and it’s on your camera

Staff are always friendly and my clothes look terrific!
They did a great job with all my items. When I went to pick them up, they noticed spots on my dress and got them off before I left their business.
My clothes were perfect! The employees are beyond patient! They call and remind me of items I may have overlooked.
Most is excellent. Press job on woman's blouse less than acceptable, Man's white shirts well done, but occasionally the press job is marginal, particularly on the cuffs.
