The lady who took my clothes was so pleasant great customer service However when I picked up a few minutes before 3:00 the young man was clearly upset and fairly rude making me feel bad I understand I was a few minutes before 3:00 but all he needed to do was say whether it was done or not and I apologized for being a few minutes early as I was our running errands
