The Thornton Colorado store absolutely refused to honor the 20 percent off for jackets that is the June promotion on the website. She told me I had to have printed the coupon. I pointed out that it says just mention or show since there is no actual coupon and she said she didn't care what it said. I also told her that I was going to give her a bad review and she said "I could care less". Stay far away from this horrible business...

I took in some slacks to get steam cleaned. I was shocked to pay almost $11 for just 1 pair of slacks. Not to mention, the person attending the front is just unwelcoming and not friendly at all. This was my first time. I don't care to go back.

Took in a white t shirt with black stains, the got them out, but there is an bit of yellow on front, not overly noticable, but it probably what I used to treat it first mixed with their treatment, not they're fault, shirt still looks good.
Friendly and fast service. Has also sent them a message to confirm if they clean down comforters and got a very prompt response from them. Will definitely go back!
