My blanket was not returned so I had to call and find out what happened. It was delayed but no notice was included with the rest of the order. It would have been helpful if an explanation was given. Otherwise i like your service.

The service is always superior! My laundry and dry cleaning are picked up every Monday and delivered every Thursday like clockwork. I have been so happy and relieved to have been using this service during the pandemic, but even after it is over I intend to continue.
