I’m upset that my wool sweaters were placed on sticky hangers, since the threads pulled when I took them off. Also this was the 1st time I washed these sweaters since they were bought this past fall. They didn’t have piling when I brought them in, but they had piling after being dry cleaned. Pretty disappointed since I have no choice but to dry clean these two sweaters and now they are in worse condition than before. Everything clean and neatly folded. I use wash and fold service roughly every two weeks. Very satisfied with the prompt delivery and care of my towels and garments.
