You did really great. I reported 2items that I could not locate. I asked the young girl at Martinizing in Alameda. She took my description and name to look for them. When I looked in a different closet, there they were. When I sent my husband the next time I told him to let them know so they would not keep looking. A good dry cleaning company - always fast, well done and very good customer service! I have used their service for many years!

I appreciated the prompt service my only disappointment was the price I had to pay to get one dress cleaned. I don’t know if there’s a price list present in the cleaners as I didn’t look. . Perhaps there’s one I didn’t see it. I was a bit taken aback

Did not communicate that alterations had to be dry cleaned before getting it back. My bill was more than double when they added the cleaning charge on. Said it was a new Osha requirement effective July 1. Failed to communicate.

I have a very colorful, large wool blanket from Mexico that was terribly stained. Several drycleaners said it couldn't be cleaned. Martinizing Dry Cleaners said "no problem". It is now absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Not a spot on it. It's as vibrant as ever. It looks so pretty now, that I'm using it as a decorative table cloth in the dining room table for a blast of summer color. Good job!
