Wish I had been notified when the cleaning was done although I was told after 4 on Sat., I was use to getting a message so wasn't sure

My experience was great at first very friendly staff super professional the clerk in the front helped me marked my silk dress on the spots that needed to be treated went back the next day and as if they didn’t do anything the girl said that there was no special notes in the computer so they must have just ignored all the markings with tape we she was not apologetic at all and had a very bad attitude I had to wear this dress for a special occasion and could not wear it due to the dress still being dirty after going back the s... read more
