BEWARE, BAIT AND SWITCH, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Martinizing South Hills PA overcharged us $600 to send couch covers to be cleaned. We were told the cost was verified and would be up to $360. Weeks later, no communication. When we finally asked for our covers, we were told they were ready, and the cost is $984!!!. We were NOT given a proper quote, and were not offered any updates or even the option of a more precise quote. But the staff lied to the manager, insisting we were offered that and we denied it.
