I took my dark blue 100% wool sweater to get dry cleaned after going to a friend's house who has an old shedding dog which resulted in getting dog hair all over the sweater - too much to brush off. When I got to the cleaners I asked how much and the clerk told me $15. When I picked it up the bill was $19 and I complained because I was told $15. After some discussion they changed the charge back to $15. I paid in cash and the cash register made an arithmetic error short-changing me from the $20 bill I gave them. The clerk did... read more

I was told ALL of my order would be ready Wed., but two items were not ready by my pick up time. They will be ready in two days. Disappointing! Another trip!
