Order got separated. Dropped off 6 shirts. Three came in on Monday and I had to come back the next day for the other 3. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience
Drop off wasn’t the best. I asked a couple questions and the lady who took the clothes seemed annoyed. She was rude and just kept repeated the same thing over and didn’t explain the answer. The girl who we picked up the clothes from was very sweet and helpful.
Needing a suit dry cleaned in a hurry, Lapels did a great job of exceeding my expectation.
Friendly, quick, clean and professional services. Definitely will use again!
