I felt that the customer service was rude and unprofessional. This was my first experience with Lapels and they made me feel unwelcomed when dropping off my clothing. When I picked up my pieces, the lady who took my money was rude. I asked why the price was so much and she told me that she didn't check in my belongings and that she had no control over pricing so "it is what it is". I will never go back to Lapels.
