After spending over $65 dollars in dry cleaning for several items, I had to return back that same day on 1/25/20 at 4:45pm to attempt to get the 5 items re-cleaned. I was met with rude, sarcastic comments from the lady who should not be employed in customer service. I pray she is not the manager nor owner of this franchise dry cleaning on her perspective of what service a dry cleaning company should provide to their loyal customers.
