From the first visit to pickup, it was great. Very nice work, pleasant employee and done on time as estimated. With the text/email alert to tell me it was ready was a new thing for me, but is perfect. I could also see a reminder if clothes don’t go out after a week, but that’s just a suggestion. All good from my first experience.
