I have used Lapels for years. The customer service has always been subpar, but I appreciated that my clothes didn’t smell of harsh chemicals. My most recent experience will now be my last. It has been a little while since I have needed anything dry cleaned and the last time I was there, they closed at 7 pm. I arrived just after 4 pm and was refused service. I was told they were closed.
