When initially dropped off my husband's Brooks Brothers sports coat, I had a coupon for 50% off any cleaning service. The coupon had no expiration date. I asked the young man "high school age" if I could use it. He said yes and took it. Returned a few weeks later to pick up the coat and same young man that took the coupon stated it would not be honored and I had to pay full price. I said, if it was decided I could not use the coupon why wasn't I contacted before proceeding. He appeared perplexed and stated its only $4 more.... read more
They did a good job.
Took a suit in to be dry cleaned. Suit was ready when promised. I lost my ticket and they were very helpful when I went to pick up the suit. Suit looks great. Lady was very pleasant. Good experience!
I asked for my pants to be reduced to a length of 32 it came back a 33 but rather than excepting the blame they put it on the pants, I was told I would get my pants back on a certain day before turning them over then that changed, I asked to have the waste added to my order they were very vague on the cost had me thinking the total would be 18 dollars only to find out when I picked them up that 18 dollars was just for the waste so I ended up spending twice what I started out with.
