I was given a price quote when I dropped off my 3 dresses but then charged more when I picked up my cleaning.
Princess was polite and helpful. Pam was polite and helpful. The gentleman who did the dry cleaning lost the backing to the insignia I had on my cover. I should have taken the insignia off myself; but I forgot. That was a lesson learned. I did get my insignia back without the backing. I just did not understand why someone did not attach the backing back on the in DC ignite when they took it off the cover. I dropped off the cover on 4/23/21.
