Spot was not cleaned. Had to come back several times and I had to pay the original price

Very disappointed in them. They raised the price per shirt because they said the shirts are to big for the machine. Someone has to take it off 1 machine and move to another machine to press the shirt. Told now cannot continue to do that. Someone has to hand press them. I have been getting the same shirts done for years, never had a problem until this time with this cleaner. I have used other cleaners never had a problem.
