I went to pick up 2 months of dry cleaning and showed the 15% off coupon i had been sent. The clothes I picked up had the cost of cleaning on each bag, and I had multiple bags. The bill came a week later and I was charged exactly what was on all the bags, but no discount was applied at all. I emailed the store from my mail account and submitted a note to the website/contact area when I received no response. If this could be rectified that'd be great! Thanks !!
Instructions on level of starch for shirts and pants were not heeded. Two shirts and two pants were too stiff.

I initially called to see if I my clothes were there because I could not remember if I already picked it up but the person(lady) on the phone said NO after looking it up. I decided to go there and my clothes were in fact there… not sure what happened during the call.

Great cleaning and delivery service. Friendly service too! Unfortunately, too many of my shirts kept coming back with broken buttons at the cuffs. They always would fix them, but it is a hassle for me to have to keep telling them “hey broken button at cuffs, again. If they are not broken when they leave the shop, please tell driver to be careful, he may be slamming them in the door of delivery van.” Im currently using another cleaners to see if the buttons get broken as much as with Magic Cleaners
Prices are too high and I’ve requested several times to send me a text or email with the charges so I know what to expect since they hide is a receipt with no charges. Not once have I received it even though they’ve told me several times they did “put it in the system.”
I turned in one jacket to you guys for the first time and the jacket had a bad smell in the armpits which is why i wanted to get it clean and i got the jacket back smelling the same exact way which tells me you guys did not clean it at all. Never coming here again.
