- I was told, I can not have the prices upfront -Turned out it was much more expensive than other cleaners. If, I was given the prices upfront, I would not have left my things to be cleaned. - I was told to go for pickup on Friday but I was not told to go after 5:09PM. For me, it was a serious inconvenience. - For me, it was a sad experience. -I asked to talk to the manager, who looking at the computer screen, had no idea what she was talking about… - A sad and unfair experience.

Customer service was on point and my suit and shit were properly pressed and ready even before the expected time. I received a text message informing me that my order was ready for pick-up and I was truly satisfied with the results. I will definitely use their services again.

It was faster than quoted but I felt deceived. The price I was initially quoted for one of the alterations was $20. Then when I gave them the pants, they tried to tell me it would be 25. I had to correct them and tell them that the other guy had said $20. They seemed ready to honor this. When my pants were ready, they ended up still charging me $25. Bad customer service. Max is arguing with a customer. And even tells you that you're not our only customer, we have lots of customers. This is after making a commitment that your clothes will be ready for a specific date. Looks like they're taking more dry cleaning than they're capable of. This is not the first time my pickup date has been pushed back. Not coming back for sure. There are plenty of other cleaners in Pasadena.

I brought my comforter to be dry cleaned in December. The person who took the dry cleaning was friendly (I think Mike). When I got home after picking it up, I noticed that a good bit of the velvet pattern at the top of the comforter had been completely worn down and destroyed by the dry cleaning at Magic Cleaners which was super disappointing, and the fact that I received no call or heads up at drop-off or pick-up at all is not great. I went to pick up 2 months of dry cleaning and showed the 15% off coupon i had been sent. The clothes I picked up had the cost of cleaning on each bag, and I had multiple bags. The bill came a week later and I was charged exactly what was on all the bags, but no discount was applied at all. I emailed the store from my mail account and submitted a note to the website/contact area when I received no response. If this could be rectified that'd be great! Thanks !!
Instructions on level of starch for shirts and pants were not heeded. Two shirts and two pants were too stiff.
