My first experience with Lapels' staff and management was of the highest quality. I had called 10 different tailors in the Union County area. All except Lapels accepted my request to tailor a ball gown and return it completely within "3" days! The gown has lots of fabric and tool that requires adjustments ( front, side, and back) and hemming of multiple layers. I went to pick up and it still had dog hair and lint stuck to it. I asked them what they did bec it still looks dirty even dirt was on it. I waited almost 2weeks and my spread is ripped now from them and it's still dirty.

First of all, everyone I had contact with at the store was super friendly. They really care about customer service! My garment was cleaned even sooner than they said it would be (a day earlier). I don't do a lot of dry cleaning so I don't have a comparison fo pricing, but it seemed reasonable. The store was clean and organized, too.

Always a great experience everybody's very friendly and already has my clothes pulled on the rack when they see me walking give me walking in. I've bounced around to a lot of cleaners in the area but this is hands down the best
