The quality of the cleaning is great. There were a couple of times that I forgot at the cleaners. I received a phone call several months later (last week) about these items. It was a lady that was very rude and said I needed to immediately come and get my “stuff.” I felt this person could have been nicer and politely reminded me that I had items to pick up. This was the first call I received. No email, no text alert, just an extremely rude phone call.
