Local location closed abruptly 6 mo ago and we were unable to retrieve at least $200 worth of clothing. After a dozen messages to HQ and a complaint to the BBB, nothing. Not even a response. Will never step foot in Lapels again. 0/10 would recommend.

Everything was done properly and neatly. The customer service was amazing I would give it 10 stars really good stafe and management. Management was so professional and super friendly highly recommended place
