Drop off went well. Pick up not so. The lady at the front barely acknowledged my existence. She never smiled and didn't make eye contact. She came off cold and unhappy. She definitely does not need to work in the front with customers.

Waited 20 minutes for the doors to open although signs say you open at 10 but no one showed up till 10:20. The only person in the store was very rude, the alarm kept going off and we were told to wait outside or come back later til alarm was fixed. And one dress cost me $21.00 ridiculous!!!! Will not ever use this dry cleaners again!!
