I have been very satisfied with this cleaners, but recently I put my pastors white robe in there for cleaning and when I got it back it looked like a iron burn around the collar. They knew it was there fault but told me there was nothing they could do and after a few employee changes they acted like I brought the robe in with the burn around the collar. I am very disgusted and have decided not to use them anymore.
