I brought in a business dress that had gold medal on the front. It was returned with one of the pieces tarnished. Lapels claimed since they do not use chemicals it was not their fault and it would have been the fault of the designer. They stayed I could try and return my dress to the store if I could. They would not do anything for the damages made to my dress. They also stated someone would call me to talk about my dress , and I have yet to receive a phone call.
