The staff was very friendly and they even went out of their way to give me a tag for my laundry bag so I could drop off my cleaning after hours. They are very reasonable and they have the best price on big pieces like quilts and comforters. They have my business.

The woman @ the register barely looked at me when I came in both to drop off & pick up. No friendliness or smile, just kept working on her 'puter without any "I'll be with you soon." She seemed depressed compared to other customer service people. I pitied her. I won't b coming back here esp in light of the cold reception I got. Very unpleasant experience. No thank you at all for choosing Lapels. She wasn't trained in how to treat the public. Very bad 4 your image.
