Customer care at the Fenway/Brookline Avenue location is terrible. If something goes wrong (in my case - they shrunk my trousers though everything is supposed to be dry-cleaned), they will first 1) blame the customer, 2) deny it happened, 3) give you the run-around. Please listen to your customers - and please don't be dismissive. A true signal of business integrity in the tough times today is how well you handle the situation when you have a complaint.

Tpp drawer each and every time I go there service is always above and beyond what you get for your bank at this day and time, other businesses that are in the services provided industry should take notice from this one and model it and I am sure that they will see a increase in their growth.
