Convenient location. Clothes look great
Customer care at the Fenway/Brookline Avenue location is terrible. If something goes wrong (in my case - they shrunk my trousers though everything is supposed to be dry-cleaned), they will first 1) blame the customer, 2) deny it happened, 3) give you the run-around. Please listen to your customers - and please don't be dismissive. A true signal of business integrity in the tough times today is how well you handle the situation when you have a complaint.
I met the owner last week on my first visit. Very accomodating. , professional.. nice man. My dry cleaning was perfect. Yes, i will tell everyone this is your new dry cleaner!
