The owner was present during my first visit there and she was very friendly and attentive. I realized that I had left my wallet at home and she told me not worry about it and to pay when I returned to her store the next time.

Person at front desk is lovely and hard working. She happily ran next door to get Allison to come back to measure my pant hem. Allison had been out sick when I stopped in on Sat. Allison quickly measured my hem and both took care of my needs. :)

This was my second time using Lapels Dry Cleaning. I was told by the women when I dropped off our shirts and a lot of other items that you only have someone come in & clean shirts 3 times a week & I shouldn’t except to bring our shirts in at 1:00pm Thursday & get them back in 2 days & you are really busy. I had no idea. My experience when I picked everything up was much better. She had everything ready & some stuff done early.
