Changing the rules on customers without notice is bad business. Having a sign in your window saying open on sundays and then not being open is bad business. Having employees outside smoking (thats fine) but beiing annoyed to have to go back in to take care of customers...bad business. Very unfriendly staff, closing 6 min early and not opening the door to let me pick up my clothes after you sent me away earlier that day because you were "running behind"...all bad business. Had a very old afghan generations old not only was it cleaned it felt soft and smelled clean not chemical clean but fresh clean. Thank you so much.
