Long time customer, although not much dry cleaning of summer clothing. Went to drop off 4 shirts and the new as of Jan 2021, must PREPAY. I left my shirts only to pick them up a couple of days later to find 2 looked more wrinkled than when they were dropped off. I requested light starch obviously only 2 had that. I will NO longer be using Lapel's for my dry cleaning. I am not going to prepay for a service. I have checked around and no other cleaners are requiring this. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!.

Poor cleaning, 1 sleeve was folded back an inch and inside was not cleaned, missing button, and multiple stains on sleeves and chest area. Pointed out to manager and they did offer to clean again, but not happy with original effort, so will not be returning.
