I just brought in a wool jacket of my wife’s to have dry cleaned and repaired and told the lady at the desk to repair it first and the tailor dry cleaned it first and then said I can’t fix it . Even the lady at the desk said she didn’t call you. She was supposed too. We use your services for everything we have done . I think that is wrong to charge me for cleaning something she can’t even wear .
