The two Puerta Rican dresses that I had dry cleaned are about 18 years old, each a very vibrant color, and hand embroidered with a maze of colorful yarn. I had many concerns with what quality results I could expect. I was absolutely impressed and well pleased with superior results with both dresses truly looking better than new. The lady that was helping me was a bit rude... and not giving good customer service. My daughter had dropped off a couple items for me... this was about 4 mo ths ago. The lady asked for my name and phone number... but for some reasons... that she couldn't explain, she didn't or couldn't find my two items. She then asked me for my address I gave it to her... she still stated she couldn't find me in her computer. Price gauging at its finest.I have been going there for years and was charged 3xs the amount for same 3 jackets Ner going back there and will not recommend this place to anyone
