Kona cleaners always does exceptional work! I took two items in for a rush job and they were great about having the clothes on time. I love using them and they are very friendly
I am always greeted with a smile from your friendly and competent staff. The orders are completed when promised and the clothes come out looking great. I am notified by email when my order is ready which is very helpful. Thank you Kona for providing outstanding service !
Everyone was helpful and friendly. Clothes were completed on time.
So far so good
We are always pleased with your service, which is why we have been such long time customers.
My visit was quick and easy. I dropped off 11 shirts to Edgar (I always count them) and he gave me a Friday pick up date. We verified it would be sent to my email (the receipt) and I was on my way. I've been going to Kona for years and have been happy with the staff and service. Thank you for making this part of my chores a pleasant and easy experience!
First time customer to Kona and this won't be the last time. Both times I went, Jazmine assisted me. Fast, friendly and courteous service with a smile. Brought in shirt and a suit pant that were both stained. Was happy to see the stains came out. Thanks Kona!
My experiences with Kona Cleaners has been awesome!!!! Jazmine & Tony at your Taft location are great. The service there could not be any better!!! Thank You
The staff was extremely nice. Two shirts I brought in were not cleaned entirely though and did not address some minor stains I had pointed out. These are being redone now. Turnaround was quick. The Web account is awesome. Prices are high
