I have been using Kona for years- They are the best! I love the delivery service too.
It was decent. I took in 2 wool shirts, 3 wool trousers, and 1 tuxedo. Everything came back clean and pressed!
Very pleasant from start to finish. I like that you send out an email when cleaning is ready for pick up eliminates me losing a receipt.
Was recommended to try kona from my girlfriend. Fast and exceeded expectations. I love how email notifications are sent to me from start to finish of cleaning process.
I have nothing but good to say. Everything comes back beautiful and if I have any questions, I have an immediate response either by phone or email. Having someone come to pick up our dry cleaning at our home and returning it on the promised day has truly been a wonderful experience!

My first trip to Kona Cleaners was amazing. I went in to drop off and was out within a few minutes. Was offered two different pick up times, no price difference, just preference. I chose the sooner pick up time. Was delightfully surprised that it was done FASTER than quoted, and I got a nifty email update letting me know it was available for pick up 8 hours before the quoted time.
