Every time I come into Kona I am greeted with a smile. The service and turn around timing on my clothes is always impeccable. They even rush certain items for me if I need them before a certain date. Other Dry-cleaners don't do this. I look forward to continue using them for years to come!

Josseline at the Huntington Beach location has been so amazing to me. For a little bit I was having trouble with the pressing of dress shirts & she took care of every time. Her personality is always cheerful.
The last time I took my suit jacket to Kona cleaners, one of the buttons was cracked. I brought it back in and they replaced the button and dry cleaned it. They got a back to me the same day. I will definitely continue to use Kona Cleaners.

I had two pants dry cleaned and a pair of shoes shined. The pants were dry cleaned perfectly and my shoes look brand new. My order was ready 2 days before schedule. Both pick up and drop off were a breeze.
Very polite customer service, finished job before agreed upon date, and email notification system is great. Keep up the good work!
The cleaning was good and the price was very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was somewhat slow. It took 4 days to do 3 shirts. Even so, I was satisfied and I'll be back again.
