The service is great and the dry clean is almost always perfect. My only thing keeping my rating from being 5 stars is the cost. Kona is a bit more expensive than some other places. If it weren't for the Dry Clean Club coupons, I probably wouldn't go there.

This was by far, the most pleasant dry cleaning experience I've ever had! Wonderful, friendly service and I loved the email letting me know that my clothes were finished. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the online system is awesome. The only downsides are that the pricing is pretty high compared to others, and it wasn't possible to remove a stain from a shirt I brought in and I still had to pay for it. If I had known the stain couldn't be removed, I wouldn't have bothered. So I feel a little ripped off.

They have not been picking up on Mondays as usual...it is still sitting on the front porch as i write this...Did something change? Also when dropped off it would be lying nicely over our porch chair..now it is being h9ung in very odd place like our Christmas tree lighting hook.....
