Quick drop off, and my information was input into the system immediately, so I could set up my account on line. I really like the ability to keep my payment information updated so I can just go pick up my cleaning, or have my kids or husband pick up. My clothes were returned on time, clean of course, with premium hangers. I received a follow up phone call to see how my experience was. Fantastic customer service!

I met a very nice young man who helped me with my laundry for Fluff and Fold at your Orange store. Maria then telephoned me at home to make sure all of the information was correct for delivery purposes. Maria was delightful and very professional. She said my clothes would arrive the following Thursday, however I was extremely happy when they arrived on Monday instead. This was a wonderful surprise. I will continue to use your Fluff and Fold service.
