I have been using Kona for several years now. I use the free pickup/dropoff service and have a VIP card. I can't tell you how many times I have to call in and get my bill adjusted because the discount was not applied properly. This service is supposed to provide ease and convenience and I'm not finding that to be true.
My experience is always a positive one when having my clothes cleaned at Kona Cleaners, from service to customer interaction. Jazmin Cupich goes the extra distance to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied. Excellent employee with exceptional customer service skills !

Great service
I brought in a variety of vintage Obi and one kimono. A lady named Alexis was very helpful in determining what would be the safest and best treatment to use for the pieces I brought it. Though the musty smell was not able to go away completely, I can already tell a difference. And all the pieces look cleaner than they did before. Alexis was very helpful and I really appreciated the customer service. If I have any more pieces I will definitely be sure to bring it back here.

The individuals working at Kona were very friendly and nice and the sweater I took in to be cleaned, was done very well. I will occasionally use Kona for cleaning when I need same day service, but because it is substantially more expensive than the one I have used for many years, I will only use Kona for special service.
