The dry cleaning is done well and within the projected pick-up time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Managing dry cleaning orders via the online account from the Kona Cleaners website is convenient. Also, the e-mail notifications for completed orders is a nice bonus. 10/10 would bring clothes again.

We were met at the counter by a smiling, efficient and informative employee. Items were taken and exchanged for a claim tag. An e-mail was received to tell us our cleaning was ready for pick up, this was a really nice reminder, love that! Upon returning to the store to pick up items, we were again met by a smiling, efficient and informative employee who told us about more services you provide. Thank you. We enjoyed the experience. We will return.
We haven't worn the dress or shirt yet so can't say I've seen them outside the plastic. Happy with updates on the email to me that clothes were ready. I was disappointed in the pricing. I was told the dress was approx $12 + change by asking at drop off. I was told the shirt was $5 for mending and never asked for it to be cleaned. I turned in a $10 coupon so expected to pay $7+change total. So when I had to pay $17 at pickup I see that Kona cleverly added $4 + dollars onto $12 for the dress and $5 to clean a cotton pullove... read more
