We have used Kona, Y.L, two times and so far the turnaround was very quick and the cleaning was very good. Faye has provided excellent customer service.
Same day service...was not expecting that!! And my slacks were on nice pants hangers, another pleasant surprise.
The best cleaners in the world! I travel a lot for business and have never come across another cleaner who does such a professional job with attention to detail - especially to button-down shirts. The cuffs are unbuttoned and pressed flat while the sleeves are steamed with no creases - the correct way to press a shirt. Kona lightly starches them and then fits a collar support and clips the cuffs together across the shirt to prevent wrinkling. Always great friendly service from the team tops off a great experience.
A white dress I received from Europe-my friend accidentally tripped and spilled wine on it. I was SO HAPPY Kona Cleaners got it out!!! Another peice my beige see-through blazer did not do so good. There is waterproof eyeliner on it. I told the cashier and I thought he would write it down but I don't think he did. I also told him that online I saw that shaving cream removes waterproof makeup.
