Had no problems, with the exception of getting on your e-mail/website. But was told not to worry as I was not having clothes picked up or delivered. Was very happy with the service and cleaning. Thanks..
Great customer service. Clothes look nice. Had a problem with pants, but was promptly fixed (at no charge). Thank you. My issue is that the prices are too high. Each polo shirt was about $2.50 more than other places, and pants were too much to.

After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to try Kona Cleaners. I am totally amazed by the service I got today. They guys were so friendly!! They told me my order will be ready tomorrow and they will send me the email to confirm it. 4 hours later I already got my confirmation that my order is ready! Thank you Kona Cleaners!! I will recommend you to all my friends!
This was a great experience. I had just signed up with an account, but the week had already closed out and I couldn't drop off my jacket at work. So, I found a Kona cleaner close to me over the weekend to drop my jacket off for service. The agent that took care of me was AWESOME and when he looked me up he said, would you like us to drop your jacket at work? then you don't have to come back to this location.
