Great customer service, Laly was very helpful and kind. I had no idea that my military uniforms were dry cleaned for free, Laly was nice enough to inform me about this deal! Its very nice of Kona cleaners to do this for us. It was a very quick turn around so im happy to say i will definitely be bringing back more business! Ana is the absolute best. She is smart, friendly and knows every customer by name. I was so happy to get such wonderful customer service at Kona Cleaners in Lido. If it wasn't for Ana I would have surely found another cleaner to go to. As long as she is there I will continue to return
