I was stressed out about getting the items back same day (previous bad experience with another company) - they were done BEFORE the projected finish time - I was very pleased.

Fantastic!! I almost went to my local dry cleaners but they don't open 'til 10. Kona is right by my work so I swung by hoping they were open, and they were. I saw the posted hours and saw that they are extremely customer friendly. The employees I met were all very nice and very helpful. I like the name, the location, and the fast service! I just found my new dry cleaners! Maybe I'm partial because of the name, but the place is really clean and bright!!

I am very impressed with Kona's service and use of technology. I was hesitant to change cleaners, but since we moved, it is getting harder to go the place that used to clean my clothes. I tried this out of desperation as I needed clothes in time for a meeting. Super friendly people. Will try again.
